I have had the pleasure in recent months to speak with a couple fantastic podcast hosts - Dr. Lauren Noel of Dr. Lo's Radio Show and Rebecca Coombes of The Healthy Gut podcast. Both episodes focused on different aspects of digestive health, and were a total blast to record. Take a listen and let me know what you think.
I am completing my first year of residency at NUNM Health Center (previously NCNM Teaching Clinic) and am excited to announce that I will be starting a residency specifically in Naturopathic Gastroenterology with Dr. Steven Sandberg-Lewis at 8 Hearts Health & Wellness in October 2016. In addition to all of that, I have had the pleasure of speaking at two amazing events this summer on Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO) and gastrointestinal motility:
- 3rd Annual SIBO Symposium, Portland, OR on June 4-5. If you are interested in accessing the recordings, click here.
- 2016 AANP Annual Conference, Snowbird, UT on July 27-30 - GI Motility & SIBO Bootcamp. Recordings not yet available.
It has been a whirlwind year - I am looking forward to what the next year brings.
On June 28th, Megan graduated with honors with her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. She will be starting a full-time residency position at the National College of Natural Medicine Teaching Clinic in Fall 2015, as well as a seeing patients part-time at the SIBO Center for Digestive Health. In the meantime, she will be busy studying her for her licensure exams, and working hard to take some time to not work so hard.
